House Rules — House of Winds Bali We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly villa experience. The following House Rules are based on industry standards, operational procedures, and our personal experience. These rules are part of your reservation agreement with House of Winds Bali. By booking and signing the registration form, you agree to abide by all our House Rules, terms, and conditions. Our goal is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all our guests. House Rules may be updated from time to time. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: From 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Check-in Requirements: There must always be at least one guest who is 18 years old or older. A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID) is required. A cash security deposit of Rp 5,000,000 per villa is required at check-in, refundable after inspection at check-out. Daily Cleaning Housekeeping is provided daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Reservation Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Cancellations & No-Shows 24-hour grace period: Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking confirmation if 45+ days before check-in After grace period: No refund. No-shows: 100% charge (non-refundable). Security Deposit, Damages & Liability Rp 5,000,000 refundable security deposit required at check-in. Guests are liable for any damage, loss, or theft caused during the stay. Deductions may be made for damages, extra cleaning, broken rules, or missing items. Costs exceeding the deposit must be paid within 7 days of notice. Smoking Policy No smoking inside bedrooms or bathrooms. Smoking is only allowed in designated open areas (garden, pool, main living room). No candles, incense, or shisha indoors. Violations incur a Rp 5,000,000 fine and possible eviction without refund. No Party & Noise Policy No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Guests will receive one warning; further violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Pet Policy No pets allowed. Violation penalty: Rp 5,000,000. Pool Policy No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. No glassware in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. No pool parties. Quiet hours apply: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Visitor Policy Visitors must be registered with villa staff and are allowed until 10:00 PM. Overnight stays are only allowed with prior registration and Rp 1,000,000/person/night fee. Unregistered overnight guests will be automatically charged the same fee. Food & Hygiene Please store all food in the fridge to avoid attracting ants and pests. Illegal Substances Absolutely no drugs or illegal substances permitted on the premises. Indonesian law applies and is strictly enforced. Occupancy Maximum occupancy is based on your reservation. Extra guests: Rp 1,000,000 per person per night. Unregistered guests will be charged accordingly. Personal Belongings House of Winds is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Please secure your valuables. Linen & Towel Policy To ensure freshness and hygiene, bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days as part of our standard villa service. We kindly encourage guests to hang their towels after use to help keep them clean and fresh between changes. This small effort helps us reduce water and energy usage while maintaining high standards of comfort for all our guests. Sustainability Join us in protecting the environment: Reuse towels where possible. Turn off AC and lights when not in use. Enforcement Our team is trained to enforce these rules fairly and respectfully.
